What’s Included
All rates include the cost of cleaning and fresh linens.
Additional guests over four €20 per night each additional fee when staying for three nights.
How to Book
To book the house, please contact us and we will then email you over a copy of the ‘rental agreement', and information regarding the house.
Deposits
Booking requires a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance needs to be settled 8 weeks prior before your arrival. There is an additional refundable deposit of €400, this covers any unreasonable damage or breakages.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking within eight weeks of your arrival date then we will refund you 50% percent of your booking deposit. Once full rental has been paid (i.e. 8 weeks before your arrival) this will be non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out
Changeover day is officially Friday, check-in is from 4pm and check-out on the day of departure must be before 10am. We may be able to accommodate earlier/later check in times upon request.

Pets
We do allow pets, please contact us prior to booking to arrange having your pet stay in the house.
Stag & Hen Parties
Please note that we do not accept stag or hen parties, or multiple all single-sex bookings.
